Fill gaps in between cakes with scraps of Fondant Icing. |

Icing the Cake
Make up 3 batches Royal Icing, following directions in Pink Heart Wedding Cake. Tint the Royal Icing a very pale green with food colouring, adding only 1 drop at a time until you have the desired colour.
Spread sides and top of the cake with prepared icing. Carefully drag the back of a spatula from the base of the cake to the top to form grooves in the icing. Allow icing to set completely. |

Flower Decoration
The Spring Flower Wedding Cake has an arrangement of fresh flowers placed on top.
You can make your own small bouquet or have a florist prepare one for you.
Have the flower arrangement ready and just before serving place it on top of the cake. Use a little of the Royal Icing to secure the bouquet to the top of the cake if necessary. |
