Spray cake tins lightly with cooking spray. Measure the circumference of the cake tins and pull out a piece of baking paper approximately the same length. Fold the baking paper in half lengthwise, then fold up 2.5cm from the fold as shown in photograph. Snip the narrow folded side with a pair of scissors at 2 cm intervals on an angle. Measure and cut out 2 circles of baking paper for the bases of the cake tins.

Place the strip of double baking paper onto the sides of the tin with the snipped edge sitting on the base of the cake tin. Add the circles of baking paper for the bases.
