It is always a nice touch to show appreciation to your guests for taking the time to share your special day. Wether you are after something traditional, contemporary or a little unique there are many wonderful gifts that will please and delight all tastes without devouring your budget.

A good place to start is to match the gifts to your wedding theme or colour scheme. From there you will be surprised how easy it is to search out and choose just the right items. Chocolates are always irresistible and come is all shape sizes and packaging. If the Bride and Groom love cooking or the Bride is a collector of shoes or handbags it is always fun to weave these passions into the gift selections.

We have come up with several suggestions from home made heart shaped; melt in the mouth biscuits to fun lollypops! Perhaps you prefer to opt for a simpler approach, then choose a specially decorated stand or a bowl and fill them with colourfully wrapped chocolates for your guests to pick up as they leave.

Frosted Hearts

Make your favourite sweet biscuit recipe or try ours. Cut out small hearts and bake until golden brown, cool. Ice the tops with pale pink royal icing and top with hand made miniature pink roses. Allow the icing to set then sandwich the biscuits together with melted white chocolate. When set pack into small cellophane bags and tie with a fine ribbon, add a pretty card with a personal note written on it.

Something Different

Small, unusual, ready to use gifts your guests will love are available from large Department Stores. Try to relate the gift back to the bride or the Bride and Groom. In this case the Bride is a handbag collector. Dear little blue miniature leather look handbags filled with chocolates were the perfect fun gift.
