Lightly flake John West Red Salmon, discarding skin and bones.
In a medium bowl combine salmon, reserved liquid, yoghurt, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Dissolve gelatine in hot water and add to salmon mixture. Stir through dill and spring onion.
Pour mixture into an oiled 3 cup mold or 6 x ½ cup pots and refrigerate until set. Serve with crackers or lavosh bread.
A few drops of Tabasco sauce adds an extra zing.
