ingredients

¼ cup prepared balsamic vinaigrette dressing
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
800g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Roast Country Style Potatoes

instructions

step 1

Combine balsamic dressing and crushed garlic in a large baking dish. Add frozen Birds Eye Potatoes and toss well to coat with dressing mixture, placing potatoes in a single layer.

step 2

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes.
