Combine balsamic dressing and crushed garlic in a large baking dish. Add frozen Birds Eye Potatoes and toss well to coat with dressing mixture, placing potatoes in a single layer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes.
French dressing can be substituted for the balsamic dressing.
