ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
¼ cup roughly chopped walnuts
1/3 cup light cream
500g pkt frozen Birds Eye Cauliflower, cooked following packet directions for cooktop

instructions

step 1

Melt butter in a medium frying pan, add breadcrumbs and walnuts and cook until golden brown, stirring continually.

step 2

Drain cooked Birds Eye Cauliflower and return to hot saucepan. Add cream and gently toss until well coated, spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle with the crumble and serve.

The breadcrumbs can be prepared 2-3 days ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerater.
