| 1 tablespoon butter 1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs ¼ cup roughly chopped walnuts 1/3 cup light cream 500g pkt frozen Birds Eye Cauliflower, cooked following packet directions for cooktop |
Melt butter in a medium frying pan, add breadcrumbs and walnuts and cook until golden brown, stirring continually.
Drain cooked Birds Eye Cauliflower and return to hot saucepan. Add cream and gently toss until well coated, spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle with the crumble and serve.
The breadcrumbs can be prepared 2-3 days ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerater.
