Succulent Pork Fillet

ingredients

1 x 500g pork fillet
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
350g jar Leggo's Stir Through Sauce - Roasted Tomato & Bacon
2 middle rashers bacon
1/4 cup water

instructions

step 1

Place pork fillet into a baking dish. Mix melted butter and seeded mustard and brush over pork. Spoon Leggo's Stir Through Sauce over pork.

step 2

Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise, plaiting the strips around the pork in a criss-cross pattern.

step 3

Cook pork fillet in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve cut into slices.
