Remove crusts from bread and discard. Flatten bread slightly with a rolling pin. Spray one side with cooking oil and place oil side down into a 12 x ½ cup medium muffin pan, pressing lightly to form a cup.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil, add beef mince and cook until browned. Stir in Leggo's Pasta Sauce and cooked macaroni. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly.
Spoon filling into bread cases and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
As an alternate serving idea, spoon pasta sauce over toasted bread or English muffins.
