Ingredients

  • 250g tub light cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, well drained
  • 425g can Edgell Sliced Beetroot, well drained
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pita bread for serving

Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients except pita bread into a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Spoon into a serving dish and serve with warm pita bread.

Tip This hummus can also be used as a spread on burgers or souvlaki wraps.
