ingredients

1 large potato, peeled
105g can Ally Pink Salmon, drained & flaked
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon snipped chives
Spray oil

instructions

step 1

Coarsely grate potato, squeeze out excess liquid. Place potato into a bowl with Ally Pink Salmon and add remaining ingredients combining lightly. Season with cracked pepper.

step 2

Spray a non-stick frying with oil and heat, spoon heaped tablespoons of mixture into pan to make 4 rosti and cook until golden on each side.
