| 2 pieces frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets - Original Crumb 2 small pitta breads, halved ½ avocado 1 tablespoon sour cream 2 baby tomatoes, halved and sliced 2 thin slices red onion Slices cucumber 1 cup mixed lettuce leaves |
Place frozen Birds Eye Fish Fillets onto a baking tray and cook following packet directions.
Mash avocado, add sour cream and season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Spread avocado mixture over each halved pita bread; add tomatoes, onion, cucumber, lettuce and top with cooked fish, cut in half diagonally.
Drizzle with your favourite sauce or mayonnaise.
