400g packet hokkien noodles
500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Malaysian
Toasted sesame seeds

Dressing:
¼ cup Kecap Manis
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup lime juice

instructions

step 1

Cook noodles and frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry vegetables following packet directions. Drain noodles and vegetables and place into a large bowl.

step 2

Combine Kecap Manis, sesame oil, sugar and lime juice. Gently toss together noodles, vegetables and dressing and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.

For a variation to this recipe add 2 cups cooked shredded chicken in step 1.
