ingredients

425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Fish Fillets - Original
1kg packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Chips - Homestyle

Topping:
½ cup grated light tasty cheese
½ cup frozen Birds Eye Corn Kernels
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 egg yolk
Green salad for serving

instructions

step 1

Place frozen Birds Eye Fish Fillets onto a greased baking tray and bake fish in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.

step 2

Mix together cheese, frozen Birds Eye Corn Kernels, spring onions, parsley and egg yolk.

step 3

Remove fish from oven and turn fish over. Top each fillet with a heaped tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Return the cheese topped fish to the oven and cook a further 13 minutes. Serve with chips and salad.
