Bloody Mary Prawns

Fresh prawns cooked in a special "cocktail" style sauce.

ingredients

¼ cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons Vodka
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small chilli, thinly sliced
Squeeze lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
12 large peeled green prawns
Green salad for serving

instructions

step 1

Combine Leggo's Tomato Paste, Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, sliced chilli, lemon juice and black pepper. Push a bamboo skewer through each prawn and brush well with the prepared "Cocktail".

step 2

Grill or barbecue the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with a fresh green salad.

Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 10 minutes to prevent them burning during cooking.
