Sift flour into a bowl, rub in butter and add sugar. Spoon topping mixture over apple and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Add reserved passionfruit to cream and serve with apple and passionfruit crumble.
Crumble can be cooked in a 20cm ovenproof dish. Delicious hot or cold.
