425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets - Original
1 firm pear, cut into quarters and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup thinly sliced celery
2 cups rocket leaves
¼ cup toasted slivered almonds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Cook frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets following packet directions.

step 2

Gently combine pear slices with lemon juice and toss with celery, rocket leaves and almonds. Just before serving, drizzle with combined honey and balsamic vinegar. Serve cooked fish with salad.
