Thai Style Pork Burgers
Thai style pork burgers coated in coconut and delicious served with sweet chilli sauce.

| 500 lean pork mince 1 tablespoon red curry paste 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander ¼ cup finely chopped peanuts 1 cup desiccated coconut Spray oil Sweet chilli sauce, for serving Fresh coriander leaves and chopped peanuts for garnish |
instructions
step 1
Mix together pork mince, curry paste, egg, coriander and peanuts. Divide pork mixture into 8 burgers and roll in coconut.
step 2
Place burgers onto a greased oven tray, spray with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
step 3
Serve pork burgers with sweet chilli sauce and garnish with coriander leaves and chopped peanuts.
