425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Fish Fillets - Original

Pineapple Salsa:
1 cup finely diced fresh ripe pineapple
½ red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
2 teaspoons fish sauce

Cook frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets following packet directions.

Combine salsa ingredients and serve with cooked fish.
