Make pizza dough by sifting self-raising flour into a bowl. Combine egg, oil and milk together and pour into flour. Mix to form a soft dough.
Divide dough into 8 portions and roll each out to an 18cm round. Spread with Leggo's Pizza Sauce to within 2 cm of the edge of each round. Top with tomato, cheese and salami. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
Gather up edges to slightly cover filling and pinch together firmly to hold shape. Brush dough with a little extra milk.
Place on a baking paper lined oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Use toppings of your choice such as ham and pineapple instead of salami and basil.
