ingredients

8 thick slices ciabatta bread
½ cup Leggo's Pesto - Roasted Red Capsicum, Basil & Cashews
250g smoked chicken breast, sliced
100g roasted red capsicum, cut into thin strips
Small basil leaves, for serving

instructions

step 1

Lightly toast or grill bread on both sides.

step 2

Spread ciabatta with Leggo's Pesto, top with smoked chicken slices and red capsicum.

step 3

Sprinkle with small basil leaves to garnish.
