ingredients

500g pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
250g green prawns, shelled and tails left intact
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 jar Leggo's Pesto - Sundried Tomato, Cashew & Mild Chilli

instructions

step 1

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and keep hot.

step 2

Heat oil in same saucepan, add garlic and prawns and cook for 2 minutes or until prawns are cooked.

step 3

Add Leggo's Pesto, hot pasta and parsley and stir until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately.
