½ cantaloupe, peeled and cut into wedges
10-12 fresh lychees peeled
4-6 fresh apricots, halved
Red currants or raspberries
300ml reduced fat vanilla yoghurt
170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup

instructions

step 1

Arrange cantaloupe wedges, lychees, apricots and red currants or raspberries onto 4 serving plates.

step 2

Spoon yoghurt over fruit and drizzle with John West Passionfruit.
