Prosciutto Wrapped Oysters

ingredients

2 x 85g cans John West Smoked Oysters in Vegetable Oil, drain and reserve oil
200g feta cheese
10 slices prosciutto, sliced in half lengthways
1 small baguette, cut into 1 cm rounds

instructions

step 1

Place a John West Smoked Oyster and a piece of feta onto prosciutto and wrap around. Repeat until all oysters are wrapped.

step 2

Place the wrapped oysters onto a baking paper lined tray. Arrange the baguette slices on a tray and brush with the reserved oil from oysters. Place both trays in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

step 3

Place a wrapped oyster on top of a baguette round and serve.

Bacon can be substituted for the prosciutto.
