| 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced 1/3 cup roasted capsicum, finely diced 1/3 cup Leggo's Pesto - Sundried Tomato 185g can John West Tuna Slices - Olive Oil Blend, well drained |
Place tomatoes, capsicum and Leggo's Pesto in a small bowl and mix well.
Place spoonfuls onto serving plate and lay a John West Tuna Slice over the top.
The tomato relish makes a great spread for sandwiches.
