ingredients

1 x 170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
1½ cups prepared frozen lemon sorbet
½ cup Vodka
Crushed Ice

instructions

step 1

Place John West Passionfruit, lemon sorbet and Vodka into a large jug and mix well. Spoon crushed ice into martini glasses.

step 2

Pour the martini mixture into glasses and serve immediately.

Orange sorbet can be used in place of the lemon sorbet and use ¼ cup of orange liqueur.
