Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters

Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters

ingredients

170ml can tomato juice
10 drops Tabasco sauce
85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Vegetable Oil, drained
Cracked black pepper
2 whole celery sticks
5 tablespoons cream cheese

instructions

step 1

Divide tomato juice evenly between 10 x 30ml shot glasses. Sprinkle 1 drop of Tabasco sauce into each glass.

step 2

Drop a drained John West Smoked Oyster into each glass and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.

step 3

Fill the celery sticks with cream cheese and cut into 5 x 6cm lengths then cut lengths in half on a diagonal.

step 4

To serve place an oyster shot on a side plate and rest a celery chaser in front.

For extra heat simply add more drops of Tabasco sauce to each of the oyster shots.
