Mini Asparagus Pizzas

ingredients

4 mini prepared pizza bases (12cm diameter)
¼ cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
8 slices proscuitto
425g can Edgell Asparagus Green Spears, drained
100g Camembert or Brie cheese, sliced and chilled

instructions

step 1

Spread each pizza base with Leggo's Tomato Paste. Arrange scrunched prosciutto and drained Edgell Asparagus Green Spears on pizza bases. Top with cheese slices.

step 2

Place pizzas onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and proscuitto is browned. Serve immediately.

Blend 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary with Leggo's Tomato Paste before spreading over pizza.
