425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets - Lemon Pepper
4 Roma tomatoes
50g feta cheese
300g baby green beans, cooked
Fresh Basil leaves
Lemon wedges for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish Fillets following packet directions.

step 2

Cut Roma tomatoes in half, top with crumbled feta cheese and place onto a baking tray and cook with fish for 10 minutes.

step 3

Place cooked fish on a bed of green beans. Serve tomatoes with the fish and garnish with basil leaves.

As an alternate to vegetables serve with a salad of mixed leaves and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with feta cheese.
