1 slice wholemeal bread
1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
Lettuce leaves
95g John West Light Tuna Tempters - Lemon & Cracked  Pepper, drained
Sliced cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Thin slice of lemon for garnish

instructions

step 1

Spread wholemeal bread slice with cream cheese and top with lettuce leaves.

step 2

Spoon drained John West Tuna Tempter on top and garnish with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and lemon slice.
