| 1 tablespoon oil 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped 2 dried chillies, chopped 500g beef mince ¼ cup dry breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon garam masala 2 tablespoons Leggo's Tomato Paste Lettuce leaves 4 hamburger buns Topping: Tomato slices Cucumber slices Red onion rings |
Heat oil in a small saucepan, add onion and chillies and cook for 1-2 minutes. Place beef mince into a bowl and add cooked onion and chillies, breadcrumbs, garam masala and Leggo's Tomato Paste and season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 4 even sized burgers, cook on a heated barbecue or pan-fry.
Serve burgers in lettuce lined buns, top with tomato, cucumber slices and red onion rings.
Spread Leggo's Tomato Paste onto the burger for an extra tomato zing.
