| 1 tablespoon oil ½ de-seeded red and green capsicum, diced 2 dried chillies, chopped 2 cups cooked short pasta 575g jar Leggo's Pasta Sauce - Napoletana 425g can John West Tuna in Springwater, drained and flaked ½ cup grated tasty cheese |
Heat oil in a pan and cook capsicum and chillies for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Place cooked pasta into a greased ovenproof dish and spoon over capsicum mixture, add drained and flaked tuna.
Pour over Leggo's Napoletana Pasta Sauce spreading evenly and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
John West Red or Pink Salmon can be substituted for the Tuna.
