ingredients

¼ cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
¼ cup thick teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon sherry
8 pork spare ribs

instructions

step 1

Combine Leggo's Tomato Paste, teriyaki sauce, garlic and sherry together in a shallow dish. Add spare ribs and toss to coat well in marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

step 2

Cook spare ribs on heated barbecue for approximately 20 minutes (cooking times may vary due to the thickness of the ribs), brushing well with the marinade and turning ribs several times throughout cooking.

Hoisin sauce can be used as an alternative teriyaki sauce.
