Asian Style Salad

A crispy salad with an Asian style dressing of sesame oil, fresh ginger, soy sauce and honey.

ingredients

Dressing:
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey

420g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
6 medium mushrooms, thinly sliced
½ Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
2 cups fresh bean shoots
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

instructions

step 1

Place dressing ingredients into a screw top jar and shake well to combine.

step 2

Combine drained Edgell Corn Kernels, mushrooms, cabbage and bean shoots in a serving dish, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

This salad can be made in advance, but to keep crisp pour dressing on just before serving.
