| 1/4 cup Leggo's Squeezy Tomato Paste 3 tablespoons Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) 1 tablespoon grated palm sugar 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon oil 750g small chicken wings |
Combine Leggo's Tomato Paste, kecap manis, palm sugar, chilli powder and oil in a large bowl.
Add chicken and toss through sauce to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight or for at least 20 minutes.
Cook chicken wings on a barbecue hotplate for 5 minutes each side or place chicken onto a well-greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes, turning chicken half way through cooking.
Soy sauce can be used as an alternative to Kecap Manis, reduce to 2 tablespoons.
