150g cherry truss tomatoes
Oil spray
85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Oil, drained
3 bocconcini cheese
2 thin slices prosciutto
¼ cup marinated Kalamata olives
1 tablespoon Leggo's Pesto - Traditional Basil
Basil leaves, for garnish
Crusty bread, for serving

instructions

step 1

Lightly spray tomatoes with oil and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until skins begin to blister.

step 2

Arrange all ingredients on a serving platter, garnish with basil and serve with crusty bread.
