4 frozen Birds Eye Simply Kids Chicken & Vegetable Patties
2 cups frozen Birds Eye Country Harvest - Peas, Corn & Capsicum
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ mango, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped roasted cashew nuts
Extra coriander, for serving
