Red capsicum
Zucchini
Butter
Fresh basil
Parsley
Cracked pepper
Leggo's Pesto - Traditional Basil

instructions

step 1

Boil, steam or stir-fry wedges of red capsicum and zucchini.

step 2

Add 30 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional) toss well and sprinkle with cracked pepper.

A delicious addition is 1-2 tablespoons of Leggo's Pesto.
