3-4 Granny Smith Apples
2 Pitted Prunes
Melted Butter
Brown Sugar
½ cup Water

instructions

step 1

Fill each centre cavity with 2 pitted prunes, brush with melted butter and sprinkle well with brown sugar.

step 2

Pour ½ cup water into the dish and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

step 3

Serve with roast pork.
