| Mince Tart Icing Sugar |
Cut out a template from a piece of baking paper or thin cardboard that is approximately the same diameter as the top of the mince pies.
Draw a star or tree in the centre and carefully cut out the shape making sure to keep both the cut out and the surrounding area intact. Lay the cut out shape onto a mince tart and the surrounding shape onto another and dust with icing sugar.
Repeat with remaining pies and serve.
