Cook frozen Birds Eye Cauliflower following packet directions.
Place grated tasty cheese, cornflour and dry mustard into a small saucepan and mix well. Gradually add milk; stir constantly over a medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and season to taste.
Place cooked and drained cauliflower in a serving dish. Pour over cheese sauce and sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts (Brown sauce under a preheated grill is desired).
Birds Eye Country Harvest - Broccoli & Cauliflower can also be used in this recipe. Sprinkle with some finely shredded red chilli with the pistachio nuts. The consistency of the sauce can be adjusted by adding less or more milk.
