Pesto Roasted Chicken

A easy to prepare oven roasted dish for entertaining or everyday.

ingredients

4 skinless chicken breast fillets
½ x 190g jar Leggo's Pesto - Sundried Tomato
4 slices prosciutto
Baby spinach or basil leaves to garnish
Frozen Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables for serving

instructions

step 1

Spread one tablespoon of Leggo's Pesto over each piece of chicken and wrap around a piece of prosciutto.

step 2

Place prepared chicken onto a greased oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately with Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables.
