| 250g bow tie pasta 420g can Edgell Four Bean Mix, drained ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes 10 whole black olives 2 spring onions, chopped 2 tablespoons toasted pinenuts for garnish Dressing: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon sugar Cracked black pepper |
Cook pasta following packet directions, drain, rinse in cold water and allow to cool.
In a large bowl combine drained Edgell Four Bean Mix, sundried tomatoes, black olives, spring onions, and cooled pasta.
Pour combined dressing ingredients over pasta salad, tossing gently. Serve salad sprinkled with pinenuts.
For additional flavour pan-fry 6 slices of salami cut into strips and add at step 2.
