Creamy Sundried Tomato & Garlic Bake

ingredients

750g potato, diced
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
Cracked pepper
500-600g lean beef mince
575g jar Leggo's Pasta Bake - Creamy Sundried Tomato & Garlic
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

instructions

step 1

Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. Stir in parmesan, egg yolk and cracked pepper. Spread over the base of a lightly oiled 22cm square casserole dish.

step 2

Lightly spray a frying pan with oil, cook beef mince for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat, stir in Leggo's Pasta Bake sauce and pour over potato base. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

step 3

Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with a garden salad.
