| 400g penne pasta 445g jar Leggo's Simmer Sauce - Italian Chicken Scallopini 185g can John West Tuna Olive Oil Blend, drained 1/3 cup green stuffed olives, halved 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper, to taste 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese Green salad or steamed vegetables, for serving |
Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, place Leggo's Simmer Sauce, John West Tuna, olives, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add hot cooked pasta and stir thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a greased 30cm x 20cm baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables.
Recipe can be pre-assembled and refrigerated uncooked up to 1 day before baking.
