ingredients

500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Thai Style
2 cups bean sprouts
½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
½ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
3 cups shredded Chinese cabbage (¼ of a cabbage)

Dressing:
1/3 cup reduced salt soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry following packet directions, set aside to cool.

step 2

Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine bean sprouts, mint, coriander and Chinese cabbage.

step 3

Combine dressing ingredients and add to cooled stir-fry mix; toss gently until well combined. Serve immediately.

Cooked and shredded chicken can be added to this dish to make it a complete meal.
