Basil, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pasta and salmon all tossed together for a delicious meal.
I tried this recipe, I didn't had all the ingredients so I changed some, was very nice!! Also is very easy to do!
| 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 3 spring onions, chopped 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved 3 cups penne pasta, cooked 415g can Ally Pink Salmon, drained & flaked 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil leaves 1 cup baby spinach leaves Lemon for serving |
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add garlic, spring onion and tomatoes, cook for 1-2 minutes to soften.
Add hot cooked pasta and toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently stir through Ally Pink Salmon, basil and spinach. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice before serving.
Shaved parmesan cheese or soft ricotta can be spooned through before serving.
