| ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread ¼ cup cream 4 generous scoops of vanilla ice-cream ¼ cup toasted chopped hazelnuts Chocolate hazelnut wafer "bread" |
Place chocolate hazelnut spread into a microwave proof dish and heat on Medium High for 30-40 seconds. Stir in cream.
Spoon ice-cream scoops into serving glasses and drizzle with the chocolate hazelnut sauce. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts and serve with chocolate wafers.
Makes a great treat for a party. Serve in small glasses and add a sprinkle of Frangelico liqueur over the vanilla ice-cream before drizzling with the chocolate sauce.
