ingredients

500g packet frozen summer fruits or mixed berries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

instructions

step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

step 2

Spoon mixture into small shot glasses allowing approximately 1 tablespoon each. Cover and place in the freezer.

Granita is best served partially thawed so the shot glasses can be placed on the serving plates 15-30 minutes (depending on the weather) before serving.
