¼ green cabbage, finely shredded
50g snow peas, finely sliced lengthways
3 spring onions, finely sliced
½ red capsicum, finely sliced
2 tablespoons finely sliced red onion
1/3 cup coriander leaves
¼ cup finely sliced mint
½ cup KRAFT® Coleslaw Dressing
½ teaspoon crushed chilli
8 I&J Fish Strips in a Sesame Crumb, cooked as per packet directions

step 1

Cook I&J Fish Strips in a Sesame Crumb as per packet directions.

step 2

Combine the cabbage, peas, onions, capsicum, coriander and mint in a large bowl. Combine the KRAFT® Coleslaw Dressing and chilli then stir through the salad.

step 3

Divide salad between serving plates and top each with the fish strips. Serve immediately.
