Cook I&J Fish Strips in a Seasoned Crumb as per packet directions.
Combine the KRAFT® Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3, tomato, coriander, onion, and spices and set aside.
Place a tortilla on each serving plate and top with fish strips, lettuce, tomato and sliced onion. Dollop with the Mexican Mayonnaise and roll to enclose the filling. Secure with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
